Tuition assistance application forms are online. They can be downloaded from adw.org. Applications are due in December for current families and in February for new families for the following school year. Tuition Assistance is available for families with multiple children and/or demonstrated need or who are ADW registered and active Archdiocese of Washington parishioners.

A non-refundable deposit of $1000 per child is required for all students new to OLV and is due at the time of registration. For students already attending OLV, a $500 non-refundable deposit is needed to re-register.

OLV offers free morning care from 7:30am until 8:00am every day in the Hess auditorium for those families that need to drop off their child(ren) prior to 8:00am when the school doors open. Students should enter directly through the door #4 to Hess.

An annual (per family) fee is combined with tuition payment schedule. This fee helps to defray costs of HSA activities (Trunk or Treat, Breakfast with Santa, etc). As part of this fee, each school family will receive one copy of the OLV School Yearbook. An annual books and materials fee per child, PK3 through Grade 8 is combined with tuition payment schedule.
