*IN-PARISH: To be considered for in-parish tuition rates, a family must be registered in Our Lady of Victory Parish for a minimum of one year prior to school registration. In addition, they must be active and participating on a regular basis. All parents are expected to be active in the Home and School Association fund raisers and activities.

For those who shop using the Internet, OLV now participates in a new program, OneCause, which can be a source of tuition credit in the form of merchant rebates. DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit of $1000 per child is required for all students new to OLV. For students already attending OLV, a $500 non-refundable deposit is needed to re-register. This fee will be paid directly to Our Lady of Victory School at the time the Tuition Contractual Agreement is due.

TUITION PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Three methods of payment are available for the tuition balance:

a.         Annual Payment: in full, due on or before June 5, 2007

b.         Semi-Annual Payments: one-half of the total due June 5, 2007 and the second half due by October 5, 2007

c.         Monthly Payments: installments will be made to a tuition management service. Parents may choose due dates of the 5th or 20th of the month. Three payment plans are available:

(1)        nine monthly payments from June 2007 - February 2008

(2)        nine monthly payments from September 2007 - May 2008

(3)        twelve monthly payments from June 2007 - May 2008

Full-Time Extended Day Students: $275/month for 1 child in family

Morning Care:                                   $2 per day

Fees are based on a nine-month schedule, September through May. The new full-time fee will include any morning care expenses incurred by full-time Extended Day students. There are now three instructors after school, which allows each to have fewer children in a group. We have also instituted monthly activities, e.g., puppet show, neighborhood field trips, etc.

OLV School will accept tuition deposits as well as annual and semi-annual tuition payments. ALL tuition will be collected by our tuition collection company, Tuition Management Systems. The same payment plans as last year will remain in effect--annual, semi-annual, and monthly, the only change being the due dates. The annual parent fees to the company are $42 for those chosing monthly payments. Tuition Management Systems allows parents to pay fees by several methods: check, money order, electronic check, automatic check or savings withdrawal (ACH), Western Union wire transfer, credit/debit cards, and low-cost education loans (only when necessary).

BOOK AND MATERIALS FEE

There is a $295 book and materials fee per child, nursery through grade 8. Payment is due in full the first week of school. As a convenience to parents, this fee and the fee for full-time extended day may be added to tuition fees and paid to the tuition company.

NOTES

a. THE SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT to cancel the registration of any student whose family fails to satisfactorily meet tuition payments or late fees (if any) at an Archdiocesan school during the preceding semester or in such cases to require full tuition payment in advance of registration acceptance.

b. THE SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT to withhold a student's school record when the family fails to satisfactorily meet tuition payments or late fees (if any).

c. PROMPT PAYMENTS: Since the financial obligations of the school are heavy and continuous, families must cooperate in making payments promptly. Late charges will be applied if payments are not received within 10 days after the due date.

d. EARLY WITHDRAWAL: If a student should transfer after the commencement of a semester, parents remain responsible for that semester's full tuition obligation. Semesters are divided as follows: first day of academic year through January 1 (first semester); January 2 through the last day of academic year (second semester).

e. VOLUNTEER SERVICE: All OLV School families are required to contribute a minimum of 25 hours of volunteer service towards the fund raising activities of the Home & School Association or contribute $500 to the HSA. Families may choose a combination of volunteer hours and financial contributions. Any families with outstanding service hours at the end of the school year will be billed $15 per hour.

d. ACTIVITY FEE: An annual fee will be paid by all school families to help defray the costs of activities (sock hop, ice cream social, etc) planned by the Home and School Association throughout the school year. This fee will be in lieu of Home and School dues.
