Tuition assistance application forms are online. They can be downloaded from adw.org. Applications are due in December for the following school year.
A non-refundable deposit of $1000 per child is required for all students new to OLV. For students already attending OLV, a $500 non-refundable deposit is needed to re-register. This fee will be paid at the time the Tuition Agreement is due.
Three methods of payment are available for the tuition balance:
Annual Payment: in full, due on or before June 10th
Semi-Annual Payments: one-half of the total due June 10th and the second half due by October 10th.
Monthly Payments: ten monthly installments, beginning on July 10th

There are now three instructors after school, which allows each to have fewer children in a group. We have also instituted monthly activities, e.g., puppet show, neighborhood field trips, etc. Fees are based on a nine-month schedule, September through May.

Morning Care: minimal charge
There is a book and materials fee per child, PK3 through grade 8. Payment is due in full the first week of school. As a convenience to parents, this fee and the fee for full-time extended day may be added to tuition payments.
