Applicants
Students registering for Nursery, Pre-K, K, and Grade 1
- Application form required
- Nursery applicants must be 3 years old by September 30th of the year they are to begin school
- Nursery students must be toilet trained prior to entering OLV school
- Pre-K students must be 4 years old by September 30th of the year they enter OLV
- Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by September 30th of the year they enter OLV
- Recommendation form and report card, if applicable, are required from child's current school or program (unless child is entering from home)
Students Registering for Grades 2-8
- Transcript, test results and application form required
- Recommendation needed from child's current teacher
- Visiting day will be arranged
- Placement testing in mathematics and language arts administered during visiting day
